Dancing By The Pole

キエフの明るい晴れた朝、ダイアナと一緒に一日が始まります。まだ寒いですが、冬の気配は消えています。ダイアナは、ストレッチとリフレッシュを交えながら、朝の猿のようなおどけ方を私たちに教えてくれます。
私たちは彼女と一緒にウクライナの伝統的な美味しい朝食を楽しみ、その後、天候に合った服を選び、街の中心部で行われる彼女のリハーサルに向かいました。ここでダイアナは、力強さと柔軟性を兼ね備えた見事なパフォーマンスで、ポールダンスの芸術を私たちに紹介してくれました。
彼女が着替えを終える頃には外は暗くなり、私たちは家に戻って深夜のダンスと親密な石鹸のシャワーを浴びました。

We start our day with Diana on a bright sunny morning in Kyiv. The weather is still cold, but winter has left the air. Diana takes us through her morning monkey antics, with a stretch and freshen-up.

WE JOIN HER for a nice and traditional Ukrainian breakfast, before picking a weather-suitable outfit, and head out to her rehearsal in the centre of the city. Here, Diana gives us a great introduction to the art of pole dancing with an impressive performance of strength and flexibility.

By the time she is wrapped up, it’s getting dark outside and we head back home to a late-night dance routine and an intimate, soapy shower.
