Very sensitive to the genre of art and photography. Every frame is a great photographic image. That takes a professional eye - in real time - and great skill. One can find videos of Lana on other sites. But the quality of those videos will not come close to what Petter and Lana have created here. She means it. You can tell by the ease that she carries throughout the film (understandable exception--when the air-raid sirens went off--that chilled me, too). This speaks well to Petter's process, and the sense of confidence he instills in the models. It is apparent here, and elsewhere in Petter's work, that the models like working with him.

as you probably have noticed, most of our recent "a day in the life" movies were shot in ukraine, a country currently in a brutal war with russia. did you not hear the air raid sirens in this movie ? so, these are like "free standing" productions. we try to work as discretely and safely as possible in locations that are not a typical target for the russians. and these are models based in ukraine, and to travel is hazardous. when the war is over, we will try to revisit some of these models in more peaceful circumstances. ph
